Virtual Relations offers a wide range of support options, from dedicated onsite service and fractional IT staffing to free email support for our commercialized products. Phone support is available for development clients only .
Database Maintenence
Databases need maintenence and care also. It's important to regularly backup your databases as well as to defrag and optimize them. We do FileMaker and MySQL tuning.

Remote Access
Current customers and those under support agreements have the opportunity to have remote access from us to solve problems real time. We use timbutku and apple remote desktop, as well as a variety of command line tools.
