Our Backup Philosophy

Virtual Relations is a clear leader in implementing custom backup solutions and providing backup strategy for small businesses.   We are comitted to maintaining your data in s secure offsite location to protect your business against fire, theft or other disasters.

We maintain peering agreements with other facilities outside of the Boise Area, in Atalanta and Los Angeles and will implement replication of data to these other areas on requests.

Virtual Relations believes in doing backup firedrills, that is, restoring data to machines and equipment that are non critical at non critical times to make sure that they are working properly.  It's never a good idea to make the first backup effort the one during the high pressure period.

Our philosophy is that it is better to never use something you may need than to have to use something you don't have.  The ideal backup strategy is one that never needs implemented because the forthought and planning have been there on other phases of the network.
