Virtual Relations clients are some of the luckiest people around. Why? Because we track all hours billed against projects and provide them to clients in every invoice. Not only does this reduce discrepancies, it allows us to flag and identify early on any areas where scope creep is likely to occur.
Integrated Bug Tracking
For several of our applications we offer an integrated bug tracking system that allows us to capture and report bugs easily and track them down and put them to rest.
Default Status
Default status can be placed on projects and accounts with Virtual Relations for various reasons.
1) If the site has milestones in the project manager assigned to the client that are more than 60 days old.
2) If the balance due on the project has accrued past 30 days due.
3) If the hosting or other monthly fees due have accrued past thirty days.
Sites and projects that are in default are subject to collection, legal action and being placed in stasis, that is ftp, sql, email and other services may be frozen until the project is brought out of default.
How to rectify this situation.
1) Bring the account current.
2) As the principle point of contact for your business, respond to the project manager located at vr.clientsection.com
3) Set up a credit card with us for recurring fees.
