Adobe InDesign Server is a version of Adobe's InDesign CS3 that runs on a Server in a Headless Mode and is interfaced entirely with scripting. This means that it can handle hundreds of document requests at a time because the application is not having to actually draw the documents on the screen.
It's primary use is by system administrators in the largest printshops (think over 30 - million dollar presses), and the largest Creative Firms.
Because we are an Adobe Enterprise Partner we're able to offer the InDesign Server Hosting on some of our hosting accounts allowing developers to develop against InDesign Server to achieve true color and real pre press capabilities for their online and hosted applications.
